Sleeping later, feel like the sessions are like a good stretch even though both swim main sets were 6 x 50m fast (90 sec rest) - 1000m in 25 min is luxurious and 90 seconds poolside feels like a long time til ya get to #4.
see below for all I have on tomorrow - just a 30 min "jog" - so I'll do it a lunch. Plan on abs, core & stretching at 06h00 that's 1.5 hrs later 1 full hour later than usual = 1 more full hour of shut eye.

Description: Run with heart rate in zone 1 on a flat, soft surface. VERY easy. Embarrassingly slow. Best alone.
Pre-Activity Comments: This is a rest and recovery week through Friday. Had to shift a swim time trial scheduled on Saturday to Friday. Have tri club swim camp & fun mini swim meet. Have to do run TT before regrettably but no other time works. Sunday is a 3 hour 30 min bike. I don't want to start Base 3 energy depleted.
