Exciting Recovery Week ... Stay tuned

Great start to week - just had another amazing Osteopath treatment with Jody Aitken. She has helped me not only with recovery but with improved mobility and correction of body parts & positioning. It has directly impacted my swimming, cycling and running efficiency. 

Seeing Jody isn't a luxury it is a necessity . I swear I would not be as "well" if not for her professional touch and training advice.
