"Transition" bossmen - Gaetan (who saved a young boy from drowning yesterday!!) and Jeremy a great guy and committed volunteer

One of my fav couples Andrea (voulnteer coordinator and inspirational triathlete) with Jeremy. She's eating cherries I brought and he's drinking cold water she brought!

Pitoune all tucked in for her sleepover ... No rain forecast but we do get Maritime fog most mornings that can leave dew on seats and aerobar pads - no thanks

Best part of doing the swim today was running into my favorite and best swim coach in Nova Scotia - Kevin Ross. He could see my improvement but being a good coach helped me by pointing out something I tend to do when I am tired. I thought I'd addressed it but not exactly so I've got my homework assignment.

Quinoa is off the menu tonite! The glass container slipped - oops! Took awhile to vacuum up all that mess and for the bleeding to stop once I got the glass out of my hand. I laughed. This is so typical me on the eve of a race! Cuttings myself with a knife, scissors, oyster shuckers - you name it, I've done it. Right Bird, Kristin, Kay?

Suppertime - salmon, stirfry veggies and a grain or two of rice that I didn't burn! Did it all on the BBQ and tossing a ball for Sealey... I got distracted. Oh well lots of veggies and fish.

Sealey ate her salmon skin and dog food and passed out before I've even started our movie... Rented August: Osage County from iTunes.

Bedtime is 22h00 sharp! Alarm goes off at 03h45!!

Goodnight!
