June 8th was an "epic" finale to a massive 24 hour total training week

Photo taken by Iain McD in AZ a few weeks ago. I wore the same outfit yesterday for 203km ride but with compression arm and calf covers to keep the sun off and circulation good!

Had the fine company of Kevin Besner for 1.5 hrs of my ride on the EPIC Dartmouth Triathlon bike

course (20 days from now eck) ...decided today was the day to cycle further than the 180k race course

so I went to Salmon River = 203k (24.7kph avg pace) + 5k run immediately after (31 min not shabby).

Arrived home thinking about to exit car and think "this is gonna hurt"- nope! a-ok.

7 day training totals:
Swim: 3:08:59 / 8500 meters
Bike: 13:19:45 / 326.24 km
Run: 4:26:06 / 39.62 km
 Walk: 45:00
Bike Support for Sole Sisters Race: 2:29:48/9.58k
Total: 24:09:38
Fun 100%
