300 faster than preceding 300 pace (60”).
200 faster than preceding 200 pace (60”).
200 faster than preceding 200 pace (60”).
100 faster than preceding 200 pace.
CD: 1000 easy swim.
Total—2300+
I did wake up feeling like this mighty ant - rest is becoming more and more important I am realizing especially as my training sessions increase intensity-wise!
