Happy Tuesday! Rested and ready for more ...

Yesterday's rest & recovery day plus no early workout this morning did the trick ... Ready to start another big training week that begins with 7 lunchtime hill intervals up & down Halifax's historic Citadel Hill! And, this swim workout
WU: 5-10 minutes of mixed swimming and drills.
MS:
500 at T-pace (60”).
300 faster than preceding 300 pace (60”).
200 faster than preceding 200 pace (60”).
200 faster than preceding 200 pace (60”). 
100 faster than preceding 200 pace. 
CD: 1000 easy swim.
Total—2300+

 I did wake up feeling like this mighty ant - rest is becoming more and more important I am realizing especially as my   training sessions increase intensity-wise!
